Showcase our project “Thought of Mental Health”

Olympic Gold Medalist and Mayor of Mission Viejo, Brian Goodell, gave us, the Bamboo Club, an opportunity to promote the ideals of our club and also provided us with a chance to showcase our latest project, “Thought of Mental Health.” Both Max and Brian share the bond of being swimmers and strongly believe that the dopamine released during sports enhances people’s moods, making us happier and more youthful, which greatly contributes to mental health.
